I don't know what the school system is like in India, but in the United States many High Schools have Computer Science courses. If there is anything like that avaliable at your place of schooling, you ought to enroll as soon as you can. In the meantime, you can pick up flash(The WOL Map is programmed with Flash) and start messing around with that. For good examples of flash movies, you can take a look at www.newgrounds.com
There are also some very sweet tutorials avaliable on that site, if you can find them
And, you can also go to your local book store, where I'm sure you'll find a multitude of books on the subject of programming. Pick one that is for the language you're interested in, and looks like it also speaks a language you know(and not a bunch of programmer's jargon) and start reading up.
Nowadays, there are plenty of resources on programming, you just have to look.

Programming is very similar in any language since one is trying to accomplish mostly the same sorts of things, such as drawing to the screen, changing variables and using them and saving infromation to files. The syntax is different, generally, between languages, but once you learn one, others are far simpler to learn since one understands the fundamentals of programming.

I learned C first, then some Javascript and now I'm learning Flash's proprietary "ActionScript" which is derived from Javascript via C and C++.

I suggest learning html first. It is useful for building webpages and at its simplest is a very easy language to understand. There are many, many tutorials on learning html on the web. Go to google and search for "Learning HTML" or something similar to that.

Good luck, enjoy the eyestrain and carpal tunnel syndrome too!
