there is only 1 slow game open and it requires 40 players to start. would it not be better to have a few games open at all times of 10 or 12 players? games would move alot faster!

go to find games, I think there should be some diferant types of games. maybe 8 hours or even some games like scenarios, maybe with already a few resource buildings and a few basic techs and stuff?

You may want to try a 12hr/turn game or even quicker. you should be able to rank high enough for better game options. Just stick with the game through it's entirety.
