hello guys. the sad more sad news is that my grandpa is in ICU at the hospital and is not expected to make it. so i am asking for alot of prayers and hoping he will make it through he has been battling emphysema for 3 years from smoking for over 40 years.

Prancer dear you and your family are in my prayers. Make sure to tell him you love him, it will mean alot to the both of you.

Sorry to hear that prancer. Just try to spend some time with him. It'll do you both good, and hang in there mate.

I know the feeling and there's nothing more distressing than taking air into your lungs and not feeling the benefit of it. I've been worried about emphasema myself but recently my lungs seemed to have been cleared somewhat and my breathing has been improved.
The doctor hasn't given my condition a label yet and I'm hoping I just got some congestion that is finally getting cleared.
I have complete empathy for your grandpop and I pray that God allows him to breathe.

good news he is out of ICU and in a regurlary bed now! he still isnt out of the woods yet tho.

I'm sorry, Prancer. I'm glad he is out of the ICU and I hope he has many more years left. Life doesn't go the way we want it to a lot of the time and we have to be strong to face the trials we are given. Please keep up your strength and hope.
