Ok I'll use my good english talkey now, because this is MEGA ULTRA SERIOUS!!!!

I was in my game, slow 28. I moved some of my "swordsmen" up to some "barbarians" and attacked. I killed 19 of them, which made me happy.

I tried to attack them again, but an error window came up that said INSUFFICIENT BATTLE POINTS or something. I tried battling somebody to get more battle points, but they went inactive and I didn't get any battle points.

I tried attacking again, and it still said I needed battle points. I asked someone in IRC and they said they didn't know...so I figured it msut be a bug. How do we get the battle points? I want to attack! BARBARIAN DARGONS GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Translation:
You get battle points as time passes.
In other words after about 4 or 5 hours your unit should be able to move and attack again
but your unit will get better results if you wait until the battle points are at 100%.

I waited like 30 minutes but then the battle ended on its own and i got no battle points.

AND as for your question: Battle Points (BP%) are the same as Movement Points (MP%). They regenerate as time goes by... wait a portion of a Turn (round) and you'll get the equivalent portion of your MP or BP. Wait the whole turn over and you'll get the maximum amount. (though with BP, you can get more than 100%).

I'm fairly sure almost any player in IRC chat would have been able to answer on how you get battle points. It was probably in the way the question was phrased that threw them:

"L10N HEART battle points fuschia headress Dargons unhelpful what now?"

You don't loki. The point is to kill off the barbarians...then, you can take over the mine that was next to them. There are more at other mines. At some point you must begin to fight the other players instead of the barbarians, bandits, and renegades. Be sure to use the proper rock/paper/scissors combos for the best kill ratio.

All you can do now is build up a huge army of Battering Rams and go get your points back. Go gettum'!
