I tried that "triple putz" once, years ago, when was young and in top athletic form.
My coach failed to warn me about all the possible dangers, however, and I have to say that the landing did not go all that well.
I've pretty much adjusted to wearing the back-brace, and the bones have all healed and only hurt when it rains. The metal plate in my head is the most annoying part, especially since they started the whole satellite radio thing.
My advice to anyone else is just to please be careful.
