| Braquemart Posts : 376 | Posted : Wednesday, 20 July 2005 - 17:45 As you know, it is possible to merge, completely or not, two armies until to form one only unit. But it is not possible the contrary, i.e. to divide 1 army into 2 smaller army. I think this is natural during a real war, to divide your troops into smaller armies to follow, for example, different targets. | |

| Braquemart Posts : 376 | Posted : Thursday, 21 July 2005 - 05:58 Yes, I mean to form 2 units from 1. For example, I have 100 scouts and I prefer to divide them into 2 units of 50 pop. | |
Mog ![]() Posts : 2663 | Posted : Thursday, 21 July 2005 - 06:02 Use the 5 pop. trick, that's the only way.
LOD ![]() Posts : 1590 | Posted : Thursday, 21 July 2005 - 07:59 I dont think its a good idea Braque. What if someone moves in a 200 pop close to you and then divide it into 40*5, it would block all possibillities to move your troops while he attacks with other troops...
| cardfan_stl Posts : 573 | Posted : Thursday, 21 July 2005 - 12:19 I like the idea so long as it still uses 90% BP to divide an army. | |
TaurusRex ![]() Posts : 3595 | Posted : Thursday, 21 July 2005 - 18:59 Well I like it too but I'm not the one who has to program it. It just seems to me that it might not be easy to do but I guess anything is possible.
