I've just upgraded to expert weapons in a game and my scouts didn't get the bonus. They are still at +10 to their attack, while all of my other units are at +20.

I consider this extremely important.

Have you tried bathing them in cottonseed oil?

are they standing on blood?

i'm guessing it's not important enough to fix.

They're likely standing on blood like LOD said. That will lower your attack by 10.

Good point LOD. I forgot about that with all of the blood around. It's almost impossible for my troops not to be standing in it. Surprisingly that was the only unit that was. Unfortunately at least half of the blood is from my troops.
