i can't join the game! I entered it, but when i click on the link under my level that says "enter beginners" nothing happens! If anyone knows what i have to do, plz lemme no.

The game window comes up in a pop up, so make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker stopping it.

no, but when i put my mouse over it, on the bottom of the window where it shows the link, it shows your current page,

it should show your current page with a # after it in the status bar (since it's a javascript generated popup).

So... you need javascript enabled (if you're using Mozilla you need to go get some plugins most likely).

Anyway, let's get this out of the way now:

What browser are you using? IE or something else? If it's something else I'd doubled check to make sure it doesn't have a built-in popup blocker (most do).

EDIT: Oh and one more thing, you can't right-click on the link and open it in a new window. You've got to do a straight left-click.

Yea, i didnt realize the # but its there.

I have a java running game in the background now.

I turned my pop-up blocker off but that didnt work.

I'm runnin IE 6.

OK... well, maybe that's not the problem... Let's see...

There's another way to get into games. Click on "My Games" and there should be a list of games that you are currently in. If your game isn't there, it probably hasn't started yet. If it is there, make sure the circle by it is checked and click on the Enter Game box below it.

i tried it, i got a message that said it started, but when i hit the enter, the same thing happens

OK, well, I'm not sure exactly what's wrong...

Either you've got something stopping the window from popping up (pop-up blocker, or I suppose some spyware/virus could do it) or you've got a problem with your browser and how it's handling javascript. A fresh install of IE might not be a bad idea.

Of course before you start doing these other harder and more time consuming things, make sure a simple reboot won't fix it.

my pop-up blocker is off, i just virus checked like a day or two ago, and i just was running java somewhere else. I guess i'll try a reboot.

Well, you can try another browser. Annoying I know, but if it works then you can be pretty sure there's something wrong with your other one (either some of the settings or something worse).

If the other browser doesn't work... well, then it's a pop-up blocker/spyware...

Here's one I use... SlimBrowser.

It's based on IE, but with some improvements and I know it works for me on WoL. I'm sure there's other free browsers out there too that will work (just don't get Mozilla, as you need to also get a few plugins to make it work right on WoL).
