fill the 3 gallon bucket put pour it in the 5 gallon bucket then fill the 3 gallon bucket up again pour 2 gallons in the 5 gallon bucket pour out the 5 gallon bucket the pour the 1 gallon of water u have in the 3 gallon bucket into the 5 gallon bucket then fill the 3 gallon bucket up again and pout it in the 5 gallon bucket and there u have 4 gallons

It's not! It seems Blue because of the re-fracturing of the light through the atmosphere.
...and also because Blue is a dignified colour and thus appropriate for the thing that's above...
