I'm in Slow 32 and just took over an enemy gem pond. My name appears above it, I was able to repair its damage, but it is not on my list of ponds to upgrade and it is not counted in my gem pond totals on the income page. Owning it has not increased my gem production either (Obviously).

I am curious as to whether the previous owner is still getting the gems
