| Posted : Monday, 8 August 2005 - 04:01 I have just added some 1 vs 1 DUEL Campaigns.
They can be found in the "Tournaments" section, and are smaller 60x60 sized maps for only 2 players.
They are currently only 12hr games, although I am looking into making them fully turn-based with a 12hr turn limit.
There are only 6 of them for each level group, 10-50, 25-75, 51-100. At the moment, only 2 are available to new players to prevent inactives wasting slots.

Yikes! Does that mean you either get a 51 or a 100? Last Edited : Monday, 8 August 2005 - 10:53 | Requiem [R]Joined 3/02/2000 Posts : 3851
| Posted : Monday, 8 August 2005 - 10:35 yes, they will currently count towards your Campaign Rank in the exact same way as normal campaigns.
the only difference, there is only 2 players instead of 10-12. | | Requiem [R]Joined 3/02/2000 Posts : 3851
| Posted : Monday, 8 August 2005 - 10:40 i cant think of any other way to do this, other than make them unranked, as I cannot add another rank to players at this time. | | Sage Joined 8/11/2002 Posts : 1871
| Posted : Monday, 8 August 2005 - 10:58 This sort of unbalances campaign scores.
Right now, I'd get 100 points whether I beat a level 51 player or a level 98 player.
So really...somebody could go beat up 5 level 51 players and be level 100. Whereas other people who challenge higher-level, more challenging players are "rewarded" with much lower scores. So the rankings don't represent the skill level AT ALL.
Could you break down the levels more? Like 1-20, 20-40, 40-60, 60-80, and 80-100? That way in order to be level 100, you'd REALLY have to be playing against good players? Last Edited : Monday, 8 August 2005 - 13:56 | Big Balla Big Pimp Joined 19/07/2005 Posts : 54
