Req fixed some miserable bugs, too, including the notorious "1000 pop" bug. This used to allow an unscrupulous or ignorant player to make an invulnerable stack of troops. No longer.

Sage has a new girlfriend, that lucky dog! Rumor has it she can play online games like a champ...

Big Balla Big Pimp still seeks to become an OP in chat. Big, give it a year or so and you may just make it.

Snoop Dogg was last seen trying on some clothes he found in the alley but they weren't smelly enough for him.

Mystic13 has been rising in the ranks a bit, give him a try in a battle soon! He's all of that, sister-girlfriend, plus a bag of Mogchips©.

Mog remains half dog, half man and quite furry, although a small bald patch on his rump is from all the biting going on down there by various malcontents and ne'erdowells. Somebody has been having his rump for breakfast it seems. Somebody named...Chirovoipeson we hear.

Is cricket anything like badminton? They use a shuttle something or other in that I know. I just wondered how you guys got onto cricket.
I thought cricket wasn't the rage anymore.

Anyway these new duels are going to be great. We talked about making them turned-based so if the players are online they can play as fast as they can take their turns,
but they would stay at 12 hour forced-turn to protect guys that can't play like that everyday.
I think as many as 4 or 5 can get together on weekends and have loads of fun with these duels.

It would also be great if those outposts in the corners could produce a small tax income and maybe a couple types of basic troops (i.e. given a choice option).

Here's something you gotta know if you don't already about these duels. If you happen to go to the same corner as your opponent, you gotta make a fight and grab all you can because it's a dang long way to the other corner.
If your smart though, you'll get at least another unit headed for that other corner anyway to grab all you can there also.
I hope none of you made NAP arrangements though.

I've been sending mass chat invites to 1:1 new folks that I don't see in a game telling them where to find help and I have to say that I have seen a record number of them get into a game within less than the past hour.

Prior I have seen 1:1 new folks online for short periods and then give up and/or for long periods before finally getting into a game.
Seriously, I have been trying to monitor this and I believe it's so. I have sent about 12 to 15 messages in the past hour or so.
