i was wondering is ther a way to delete my account and creat a new one ?

Just start a new one and don't use this one anymore. As long as you don't use both to try and raise your own battle level or play both in a campaign...nobody will care. Starting over is not a problem for new players unless they are violating the "no multi" rule.

For experienced players, you can probably see how fighting a level 1 player who fights with the experience of a level 70+ would be a problem for the guy who suddenly loses 9 points in a battle. We appreciate it when they ask Req to update their account instead...so their levels go with them.

Why would you want to? What's wrong with the one you're in now?
