Actually the market problem has been there for quite some time. Because of it, I start to rely less and less from market and now I dun use market much (thats why I dun know much about market efficiency now) if at all. Problem with the market thing is I still dun know if it is the server fault or my browser fault cause there is always some problems who can access it when I can't and vice versa.
