.. Is there any way to regenerate troops Health?

No,what you see as health eg. 3/300 means that the next person in that stack has 3 life pts left.After which you're next trooper starts with 300/300(although you'll probably lose more than one at a time).8@ )

Even if units could heal, it wouldnt really matter, because you rely on a large set of troops instead of a few with the medieval class. Maybe for undead's demigod's, but other than that it wouldnt be a factor.

you can have the ilussion of the troops healing by moving and extra 5 units into the stack, thuse the units take the higher health as the disply. Thus healing that 1 troop...

Technically: stack total health = health of top troop + max health of other troops

CTD IS correct but if the health of the top truth is not at max it will increase over time.
