As it says

So now you have the means to play in any way you like, the skill to win (even if not the practice ), and even notes on building your own 'perfect' strategies.

However, none of it is any good if you don't actually want to go that far. Speaking of which, ask yourself - how far DO you want to go?

If you simply want a game to play, odds are you're not reading this because you're already doing that. If you're taking the time to read this, you probably want that little bit more

If you just want a high rank - the early lectures should suffice. They cover the early topics (even if they will soon need updating!) and should give you the gist of the game. The majority of players haven't fully mastered it and leave before doing so, so if you can get your head fully around it, you'll be high-ranked with ease. No fear

If, however, like me, you're the sort of guy who will only be content when he is supreme champion of everything he can survey, and fights like mad to keep it that way - then by all means, study the lectures like crazy, and make use of every possible tool, opportunity and item that comes your way
Disregard any negative remarks you hear - you have your goal, your wishes, and your dreams - who are they to question you?
I mean, I use games as much to hone the process of honing skills as much as to simply play it...so if you want to go for the glory - do it! But be aware...you'll need EVERYTHING you can lay your hands on, and more.

And something that is VERY important - DON'T sign up for games you can't keep up with!
This game is DELIBERATELY designed in such a way that you doin't have to log in every hour of every day as with some games. If 2 log-ins are as much as you can cope with, stick to the 12-hour games. If that's still a little boring, play an un-ranked ultra game too and/or fill the time with a few battles.

What you mustn't do is get the feeling that you must play on and on and on whether you like it or not. The game is here to be enjoyed, so if it feels like a labour to play, something's not right. And if you do feel the need to stop playing for a little while, that's fine - you can still go on the forums any time you like, and just join a new game as soon as you're ready!

With all that in mind - go forth and conquer - I'll be seeing you on the battlefield soon enough
