Flash Player 7 Beta has been released!!

This new version of Flash is MUCH faster than even Flash 6.

Download the client, and install (then reboot).
It is a beta though, so use at your own risk (works fine for me though).

In my test, a map Refresh dropped from 7 seconds to 3.5 seconds. Thats HALF the map-refresh time!!!

I'd say so.

Its just a newer version of Flash.

Most people have Flash5. I had Flash6.
But Flash7Beta is even faster still.

So those of Flash 5 should see a big difference in refresh times.

im asking if i dl this would this crash my system im on windows95 i have an old comp

Will it work with windows xp?

I would imagine that it works on any system that any other version of Flash would...

Then again, it IS only beta, so it's not perfect yet. but the final Flash 7 should work fine on all systems that previous versions worked on.

if you read the page, it will tell you the requirements.

i'd say it would work on win95 as well.
but i cant guarantee it.
if Flash 5 or 6 works, i'd say 7 will also work, just better.

but i'm running winXP, so it works fine for me.

it will run under xp. macromedia wouldnt release a new beta for an outdated windows.

I put it on an old comp with 95 and it works no prob, and i also have it on my pc with xp and have no p[roblems eaither
