Ok, I did some fiddling around and figured out how to bypass the bug preventing us all from getting into clan games - so that hopefully we can get this tournament underway....

Hopefully this won't go over to many peoples heads:

1) Login in to WOL (if you are reading this you've already done that - good job ). Note, you may want to open up a second browser instance to do this (or print these instructions out first).
2) If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, go to the Tools menu, and click Internet Options.
(If you are using Netscape I'm going to assume that since you knew how to download and load netscape onto your computer you know how to change the options necessary in the following steps to get the same effect - if not post here and I'll go figure it out in Netscape).
3) Click on the security tab
4) Click on the Custom Level button down at the bottom of the dialog window
5) Scroll to nearly the very bottom and look for the Scripting section.
6) Change Active Scripting from Enabled to Prompt (or disabled - changing it to disabled allows you to skip step 10 below).
7) Click OK
8) Click OK again
9) Put in the following URL in your address bar. waronline.net/home/egame.asp?gid=NNN
only, rather than using NNN use one of the following numbers depending on which clan game you wish to join.

Clan 14 813
Clan 15 814
Clan 21 820
Clan 22 821

e.g., to get to clan 3 you would have waronline.net/home/egame.asp?gid=802

10) Say NO to all of the prompts. You should now have an ugly whitescreen showing the clan game. (Note that if you selected Disable in step 6 you won't be prompted at all).
11) Hit the Que button. You should now be listed in the que.
12) Go back into the Tools Menu/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level/Scripting and change active scripting back to enabled (from prompt).

Side note, some players have experienced problems using www.waronline.net as opposed to waronline.net. If one doesn't work try the other. Also, some players have reported problems by not having http: // in front of the URL.

BTW, I have no idea where clan games 6-10 and 16-20 are - they don't seem to exist....

Additional notes, please don't join a clan game until you have contacted your opponent and organized between you which of the clan games you wish to join. Or better yet Fulcrum could assign clan game numbers to be joined by each pair of teams???

I've checked that all these clan games do not have anybody currently in them.
