does attacking of blood remains effect your attack and defence power?

blood: -10 to attack
rubble: -10 to defence

Is that 10 per cent? Or just attack strength?

You wish it was only 10%....

Is 10 points to either your att or def modifier (depending on the stuff your standing on).

This two numbers are REALLY important while attacking.

I'm glad I saw this thread when I did. Thanks guys. I would have wondered why my ranged troops weren't doing as well.
Does this affect a Comm's build percent too? I'm trying to take over an opponent's tower and there's blood everywhere almost.
