Here's a battle of Marksmen vs. Heavy Cavalry with pictures.

...of course, I'd never use this strategy on YOU!

If you have a Mac, use Command(apple key)-shift-4 and outline the area you want to clip. This is automatically saved on your hard drive as Picture 1, etc.

That's pretty cool. It's too bad you can't save replays like in Warcraft

Yes, Gutterfly, you would have torn that strat apart. I will use something fiendishly different on you next time we meet, and you'll tear that apart, too. Remember, you're eating poop for two now! Cute lil' baby Eugene and you!

Excellent battle! Do you plan to publish more like that? This type of tool could make for some very deadly newbies though...makes it possible to do a lot of learning without having to pay the price in blood and battles.

Too bad I didn't take screenshots of the battle I just had with Lone. He won, but at the end of the game all he had was a one pop maceman with 40 HP

Hwatta, I may do this again, just not with this strategy. I agree that this could make for nasty newbies, but every strategy has it's counter-strategy and they get outmoded. This has been extremely effective for me and now I must repair to my den and scheme up my counterstrat. Another thing, it's one thing to see a battle this way and another to actually know how to work it, so newbies aren't going to do it as well as seasoned vets.

True enough. I really do like the format you devised...easy to follow and very interesting.

Mog, you were very clever there. First, you forced him onto the 4-3 hex, which is ALWAYS a good thing...but you also put spearmen there so that when he attacked your macemen, he was attacking on the blood. That -10% attack can work wonders.

You're certainly on your way to becoming a top-knotch battler. Get your battle level up a little more, and I'd see no problems with taking you into CoC as soon as possible.

I am doing the best I can to do my worst to others. Maybe soon I will join your happy band of clowns and wreak havoc on the unsuspecting.

You can`t force a 4 on 3 against any one unless you just sit and wait untill they come to attack you, they might just as well wait then on thier side.
