The bugle sounded and the men on horseback road forth from the castles opening gate. The unprotected commanders of manhunter screamed in terror as they turned and saw the approaching horsmen. So frightened were they that they didn't even think to run - but just stood there trembling and let themselves be trampled. Only 10 men were left standing after the first onslaught. The bugle called out again and the scouts rounded for another run.

Farther to the south a group of Lord Fanatic's faithful spearmen struggled under the weight of the stone they were hauling back to the castle - pulling with all their strength to avoid the stinging arrows of pmnsuphafly. Nine of the spearmen fell. He had known the risks when he had sent the spearmen into enemy territory after the gem cache and stone caches, but regardless, there would be vengence to deal for the loss of the men.

To the north there was no sign of the troops of that miscreant warsover. With scouts patrolling the borders though Lord Fanatic felt secure in his domain.

Glad his lands lay in the safety of his brethren, no longer on the front his Friends had taken the charge whilst his men rested for a battle that would some day come. Meanwhile in the castle the lord of the DoRW Empire, Stevis The Blade discussed with his advisor why his shipment of extra curricular activities had not arrived yet.
Sighing he dispatched a messenger to consult the princess of darkness and Byron to see if more activities could be obtained in time for the festivities.

"Good work men!" shouted the captain. His scouts had just elimated the small scouting element of the ruthless ruler, Moosenman. On top of that they had stolen the gems the scouting element was struggling to return to their castle. "Yes, TL will be very happy with our feats today," the captian continued. "Ok men saddle up and move out to destroy that archer platoon over the ridge!"

Stevis smiled to himself as he listend to reports of the alliance, a congratulatory statement issued to his friends. "woe be those that stand against the armory!"

Princess calls out to her stablehelp, jesters, clowns
~no wait they belong to the circus~ she demands that her domain of servants bring her the bag of goodies as they run off to retrieve her bag of goodies, she ponders how DoRWempirez is at walking on stilts? Princess calls in to Harleyville and orders up a BUNCH of her SPEICAL brownies, to bring to the festivities.

Well, that's odd... I take over NightStriker's castle, move north into the forest ('cause the troops wanted a picnic), and there's another NightStriker castle... It's just not right, all these castles lying about!

* starts buying some catapults *

We'll see how well that castle survives against this!!


Kyrion

The small scouting party rallied against the sudden attack of swords and scouts. Forming a wall to protect the lone archer and comms units, they watched in horror as the swords and scouts swept past them finding an undefended hole in the forest and attacking the comms battalion.
The newly formed 2nd ballista battalion quickly struck the swords unit from the castle and destroying over half their number. The archer platoon then fired into the remaining troops and reduced the swords into a bloody mess. Cheering the scouts charged the exposed archer platoon spearing the helpless men and leaving the ripped and torn bodies on the ground to be picked apart by the ravens. The macemen, just arriving to re-enforce the embattled force, marched into the midst of the trapped scouts and demolished the lightly amored scouts. The screams of the dying men resounded throughout the valley as the macemen smashed through thier ranks. The captain of the macemen smiled as his men finished the grisly chore of killing the stubborn survivors. "No time to rest men! The enemy is on the other side of the valley. Prepare to move out!!!"

Stevis lay in his bed after the glorious extra caricular activities of PoD,harley,byron,isolde, full bellys, tired legs from dancing, and now he could go to sleep having made sure each lady and there troops arrived at there castles in safe order.

Mmm... glad i got to sit this fight out.

It's my little brother and suspected Orpath abuser, Moosenman. Who will be taking a week long respite from the ALL internet use due to parentally invoked disciplinary action.... along with A-dude...
So, I need to go visit another neighbor of mine to keep my men entertained

Alas though, a plague swept across gueritols lands and made their lord stay in bed near death. His men at a loss of what to do were overrun by Nightstriker. Unfortunately for Nightstriker though rumor has it he has a chained Orpath that he keeps as a kick toy. True or not, Kyrion is hot on his tail...

In other parts of the land manhunters men have been drinking to much ale - they have been sluggish of late, allowing Crovax to walk right past the guards at the castle gate. One barracks has fallen and the other is looking to fall soon.

And Fanatic continues swatting down the stinging flies and searching the land for piles of gold (and continues to find them).

gueritol wakes up from his almost death bead, only to find all his mighty kingdom gone ... the mighty wizard of the lands had casted an inactivity spell on him while he laid in his bed fighting some evil germ that for five days and six painfully ugly nights had him in his grip ... but he prevailed, at least the virus, because the spell had consumed his kingdom.
