I say for Clan games that the leader has to sign in the game and then only those people who are in the clan can join.

No, because of the leader of clan isn't always going to participate in the given clan game.

Yes but he just sets it up so those non clan members don't come in.

Perhaps a quite good suggestion....depending on how difficult it would be to code for REQ.

Give the clan leader only, the power to 'enter' the clan and 'assign' the players to a match, whether he/she is playing or not. It should certainly decease the current problem.
