Req when you delete a bug abusers game do they automatically take last place in that game or is it erased from their record. If it is erased from their record then they aren't really being punished for it.

Instead bug abusers should lose all EXP and be dropped down to last place, beneath quitters and inactives. All of their armies should instantly die, and the experience for those troops be divided out amongst the players. With more of the EXP going to the victims of the bug abuser.

The bug abuser can have a chance to get a higher rank in the game, but it should require him/her to get at least 5000 EXP more than the player they are trying to get ahead of.

The message can be something like "Bug abuser you have invoked the wrath of god thus your troops have been slain".

why don't you just have their troops die. the loss of EXP will probly be so sevier that it would drop them in rank quite a ways. But seriouly, what if someone was playing and suddenly found a bug and reported it to req. req would either fix it or put it on the list then put up a notice. Well I know I move my troops before I read the forums so suppose I stumble on that bug without knowing of it and instantly lose everything I worked so hard to build.

Besides your idea is for playing a game where bugs will always be a part of game play and won't be fixed. Not a direction REQ wants to go I would assume.

There could certainly be leeway granted for new bugs that appear, or for a new player who uses a bug a couple of times not realizing it is a bug. But intentionally slaughtering an opponents entire army.... then claiming complete ignorance....

How could one even Fiegn ignorance of a bug abuse of this magnitude....

"oh i had no idea as i went from stack to stackbutchering leaving my enemy dead but not taking a single loss, over 40x in 2 turns that it was a bug... im so sorry... and im so sorry im STILL doing it today while i feign some kind of excuse that i dont know its a bug, or that since its in the game i can do it even though im supposed to be reporting these bugs"

As far as I can remember, we all all beta testers. So it is our duty to report bugs.

Save the suggestion is for known bugs, and for players who discover a bug and continue to use it. Even if they do report it, by continueing to use the bug they are cheating. New bugs would have to allow leeway for players to learn about. If players know that their rank will be affected by bug abuse, then they will be more likely to play fairly.

By having a list of known bugs, players no longer have the excuse "hey I didn't know about it". After all if it has been around several months it should be on the list. The main page that loads can show a notification that a new bug has been found. Keeping all players informed of bugs.
