possible solution to problem following.

-problem

Siege weapons have only one justification... bustin down walls... but they take up a whole barracks to produce... and are easy targets so they die more. alot of upper level players are fading away from such features cause the more needed troops for defense/offense are put in a back shelve just to attain the slow moving weapons of war.

-Solution

A seperate building like a barracks that manufactures rams/cat's tech's just like barracks, You may build ONE for every castle you own... and this building produces 6 rams or 3 cats per turn... slowing production but allowing constant growth (plus if you get 2 castles thats just like if you had used one barracks)

IE 4 castles = 4 Ship yards = 24 rams or 12 cats.

could even make a new weapon of war, something less damaging but faster like scout speed.
