Well Eg, let me give you a recap of events so far (it is currently turn 52).

Starting in the top left corner (grass) is Mal, Lons is top center, gueritol is top right. I'm in the upper snow, ozavater in the lower snow, Klavert is center, grumpalot is center right. Then along the bottom is A-Dude at the left side, HOSA bottom center, and Zander bottom right.

Opening rounds Lons goes after Mal while gueritol and Zander head towards grump. Oz and A-Dude both appear to be inactive and do nothing it seems. HOSA builds up and I make some initial approaches against Klavert.

Zander shows up to help Klavert out and I pull back and instead turn my attention against Lons who is beating Mal back. Zander turns his forces against HOSA. A-Dude and oz start fighting. Grump also pushes gueritol back, but has taken a hit to his economic growth - gueritol is producing mace and ballis while grump is still stuck with basic troops.

Mal and I press Lons hard. grump loses his castle to gueritol about the same time we break into Lons castle and begin dismantling the barracks. gueritol turns his forces to come to Lons aid.

HOSA loses his castle to Zander while Mal and I push gueritol out of the area and allow for me to take Lons castle from him. Lons does escape with some comms though so will be back at some point in time. Immediately following gueritols retreat from Lons area Klavert shows up in the area. We are now about 5 or 6 turns beyond what I've described here. The only other detail I will add for the moment is that Zander is now breaking down some of mine and oz's perimeter palisades.

Lies!, lies! it is all lies!.

He's running distribuiting pain all over the southern green lands ... so either he REALLY lost track of his cereal, or he's just plainy voraceus and leaning heavily into cereal glutony.

But I leave that into the community to judge.

If I could only figure some way to get the ghost of grumpalot to haunt those who did evil to him...

Oh, well, sounds like things are still fun in WOLville. I hope to be getting life stabilized enough around here to allow me to spend more time on WOL, maybe get into another clan game. Mrs. Grump has cooled a bit, and junior seems to be adjusting to the meds (and reality). Now for the battle to fix the soul of grump.

Hah! Such an exercise in futility that should prove.

Almost forgot: thanks for the recap Fanatic.

Anyone up for a new one?

And ehr Grumps, you wouldn't want a fixated soul right?

A-Dude and oz are fighting (I did some intervention there).

Klavert gave a minimal effort to resist, but I just took his castle.

Mal is still fighting yes?

Otherwise it is me vs Lons and gueritol (whatever hasn't headed over to Mal from you two).

I think Mal is AWOL.

I went to look (before you killed me fan :p) and there was nothing coming this way.

So who knows who's still active, I know Fan, Lons and myself are very much active.

Hehehe... maybe they have amnesia?

Hmm, this is bad. The Circus' battle-forum doesn't look active either.

Oh, sorry Eg. Okay, more updates from where I last left off.

Zander is moving in on ozavatar with a large number of forces so while Mal keeps gueritol and Lons busy I shift my armies that direction. Being right before Christmas Zander misses some critical login times and gets slaughtered . He then basically goes inactive at that point. Some of my armies head over to oz to help push A-Dude back into his castle - which is successful to a point, then my melee troops run out of steam there and A-Dude pushes back to where he was and slaughters lots of oz's ballis in the process. While that is going on several of my armies move in on Klavert (who is mostly inactive) and claim his castle. Also, Mal is getting pushed back by Lons/gueritol and my (Lons old castle) is threatened. The largest portion of my forces head back towards Lons home castle to prevent just barely the re-capture of that castle from me. Lons/gueritol are pushed back to the edge of the swamp (which is where the situation stands now). Lons has brought catapults into the picture though making my use of towers less effective and gueritol is building towers of his own now. I outnumber them in total ranged troop counts, but my melee line is very thin. Their melee troops are falling fast though under the barrage of a combined total of 327 marksmen in the area. A side group of my armies threaten Lons new castle (grumps old castle) - but Lons does get a attack in on my one set of comms in that region - which is going to make for a 8 or 9 turn takeover of the castle if I attempt it just yet.

I also throw some pies at gueritol

Hey!, those were not pies!!! .

Here the pies have crust and filling, but there is none with sharp points and that flies through the air ... well yes ... Ok, sometimes they do ... but defenitely, they do not have have sharp points.

What's to be scared of Mal? There have been no friendly fire incidents... yet.

This is really ugly man...

When just about everything is going according to plan and wham... out of the blue.. something unexpected happen! Two of our crucial player drop off... and that just turn the whole table over

So to summarize.... We mustn't take things for granted... We gotta treasure what we can NOW and not wait till tommorrow....

Anyway Good games guy... You clearly did a very good job... especially you fanatic!

And as to the rest of The Circus... It seems we still never change after all.. hehehe.. We gotta live up to our names huh? That is doing funny stuff in crucial moment. which happen in this case, that is going inactives ... Hahahaha.. That is me included too... LOL..
