I've read a few posts now on players wanting to form clans even though they've barely finished one campaign or less. In order to avoid the problem of these players "cluttering up" the boards, etc. and to facilitate clan recruitment and enhance the experience of new players, how about "clan camp". Right now there is a game (slow 32) which has 1 player in line and needs 40. So a handfull of current clan members get in it and the aspiring clan members or aspiring clan founders join a "practice clan", which can be named after colors or whatever. So Mog takes over the Red Clan, BigAmigo heads the Blue Clan, etc. The new players learn what operating within a quality clan is like, they pick up game skills and get to know some clan members. The clan members get to observe and evaluate prospects. What do you all think?

It is a really good idea...but there is one problem. Like all of our standard games, that one has a level restriction that will eliminate a large portion of clan members and most established clan leaders from playing. Clan games are all level 2-100 to solve this issue.

I guess we could each assign one of our junior clan members to lead one of the Color Clans. So, it could still work out.

I think we need to have a 40 player map for clan games that we could do multiple clan campaigns on. That would be a blast!

k,I think its a great idea, there is also the fact that I should probly take part as I havn't had a clan game yet.

Sounds interesting. It would need to be worked out very carefully, what the rules would be. I am currently at 34:62, so I could get in a 1-40 game. Of course, my players would have to rally around my beautiful purple color.

I would guess that one can only join one clan at a time, so clan games won't work. Sign me up for Mog's Purple People Eater's team.

mog can create the mog clan and people just join him just need 2vets willing to participate and the newbies just join the group 4...4 on each side cause its a 5 vs 5 game...

well, now I don't think its right for me to play a clan game as I just quit my clan.....this isn't a clan gam, right? so theorecticly I could still play?
