I have been trying to construct walls and such in Skirmish 64. I get to the list of allowable buildings and they all show code (3) for enemy army is too close. The closest enemy army is 8 spaces away from the space I wish to build the wall in. I thought the limit was 4 or something like that now??? Anybody else having this issue?

yeap...had tat not long ago in a game
in fact...the nearest enemy at tat time was..ermm...20 hexes away?
lol...but tat hex after tat time....i couldnt build anything there anymore no matter wat
sumtimes i even tot tat sum enemy is hiding so i click the view...and yeap...nth around
:p
so i guess its a bug

I have a theory. I did kill some enemy troops near there on the turn I was trying to build. I think it is still a part of the zero pop bug. The unit is still not dead until the start of the next turn even though you cannot see it or attack it. The fix Req did makes it go away instead of reappear when the turn resets, but it is still there until then.

Req? Is this a possibility?
