So are Cats too strong now with their range of 12?

Should it be 11 or 10?

8 (or 7). So that ballis (marks) can fire back at catapults without needing to build towers to do so. The 10% damage that siege now takes from ranged will make this a questionable tactic at best anyway, but at least it gives a player some options.
