autobattle if you want to battle for points , practice battle is if you don't want to win points

For your first battle, go to an autobattle, since you don't have anything to lose there.

Since you have no choice, you must choose an autobattle while your battle rank (the second number in your rank, i.e. 1:1) must be above 10 to do a regular battle. My tutorials will give you an idea about how to join and play a battle. Good luck!
