I've waited 6 hours before reporting this to make sure it was infact happening. I seem to be having 2 problems I do not see reported:

1. All my troops other than scouts are not generating movement points, but are generating battle points just fine.

2. I seem to be generating a small amount of gold, wood, stone and metal each hour. Between 20-25 wood, stone and metal, as well as around 500 gold.

As far as I can tell, it has only affected me in game 36, but it could be affecting my other game as well.
Now, if this is a new game feature which I have not been informed to, I apologize for taking up your time. But these things seem rather odd to me, and not reporting them would seem wrong.

I also took the time to copy and paste a few hour stats for the resource gains:

The resources at least, are caused by Req changing the system to per tick(hour) instead of per turn

You're both right.

The Resources issue is/was 'caused' by Req and personally I think, an interesting, yet still to be tested idea.

But Dace is also right about the movement. All Scissors troops gained movement while Ranged and Rock got nothing. Weird.

confirm that paper troops are not gaining movement points normally either.

Comms don't replenish their MP too.

Also, many ressources gained (nearly 600 stones since but I have only an income of 300 and market tribute II.)
Believed tributes are ticked each hour (was it intented so ?)

Barracks produce little amount of every troops that have been trained once too.

I am in game 13. 1) no move points starting around 1:00 am EST (USA). 2) 2 of each troop type avalible is being produced per hour in each of my Barracks. 3)I beleive that I am geting recorces faster that I should, again each hour.

The barrack production has already been mentioned in the other post and it has also been changed to tick based.

Confirmed that the movement bug where only scissors type replenish their movement point.

Thirdly,i think the much more income then you supposedly get is that because since it was changed to tick based,req didnt seems to change that market tribute to lower its amount production,so you actually get the market tribute per turn production-per tick

I have SOME of my troops that can move and others that can not. I think the issue is that when Req loaded the new program, if you HAD no movement, then you do not get any more. If you had movement points and move, then they keep accumulating. It seems to work for some and not for others. All at zero movement can not increase though.

so all my troops r not gonna b moving anywhere..but im looking at 300 falch who r just about 2 jump on me..

Req needs 2 forget this little experiment im thinking!!!

Nice advantage to the guy with ballistas or ranged....the 'charging' troops seem to be frozen with terror as the ranged continously unload on them.
Need some mp to either charge or retreat! REQ!???

Same here with the troop movement and producing all troop types. Wish I had known this was going to happen, i would have produced notrhing but horsies, like my opponent who is now killing me because all of my scissor paper guys are just standing around watching. bummer

It's a new thing. Req told about a new system somewhere in the suggestionbox. Instead of turns you will get small amounts of troops and resources every hour.
