In another thread I was reminding Req that he still didn't implement three technologies he mentioned earlier. These three are/were Shields, Government & Empire.

Not that they are very valuable using a'la CTDxxx fancy ROI formula these are 20+ turns.

They are still missing. ~25 turns to get both of them (if they were available) - depends on current market rate of gems. Worth it long term, but saving up the gold to get them AND keeping an effective army could be an issue.
