Same here, half income and half troop production. Resources seem to be producing ok, just not gold. It's my upgrades mainly that are not working.

those income troubles are in 2 of my campaigns and they are ruining my chances 
i have many troops ready but i can't produce them :@

you guys do know that it is updating all resources and production based on the tic not the turn now, right

yeah , i know that, but still i should get 160 metal per turn ... and i don't get that amount

Yeah I know that to, but I'm also only getting 1/2 of my troop production. One unit I'm training now should be getting 8 per turn but only getting 4. I have the master training tech to.
