I think if somebody logs out in the middle of a battle, then you should become the winner as i hate it when your enemy is losing so they log out- this means u gotta wait about 30 mins just to force turn them so u can win...

@Andrewchinh - If you look at Mog's battle tutorial you'll see at the bottom several rules of Battle etiquette. One of these rules specifies what is considered a widely used, common practise regarding forcing turns and people disappearing from games.

The rule of thumb says that if someone disappears without prior notice then you give them the benefit of the doubt and thus 25 minutes before forcing the turn. Their computer might have crashed or as mentioned above re-establishing network connection might be difficult.

The second turn, you should wait around 15-20 minutes and the minimal 11 for the third.

These are only recommendations, but they encompass a general line of sportsmanship and practicality.

Good luck

it is just that sometimes your opponent logs out and sometimes you dont exactly have an hour or even 30 mins to go onto the computer either to
1)tiredness
2)maybe you have to do something else a bit more important 3)spending over 1 hour on the com puter isnt exactly good for ur eyes...

If someone logs off, you can just ignore the game and it will eventually end on its own. If you were ahead, you win. No waiting around. However, there is the chance that your opponent will come back and get ahead so check back if you aren't sure he's gone.
