k im just a starter and i dont no dildly skawt like wen u move and u use up all ur move points how do u get ur moving points back??

First, jona...Welcome, we'll glad to see you've joined our community.
As Mimic stated, your troops receive a portion of move points and battle points each hour...that amount depends on the 'speed' of the game (12 hour turns or slow games, 24 hour turns, ect.)
The maximum movment number of any army (scouts for example is 13 hexes), is restored or regenerated each turn. You'll receive a faction of that movement each hour...depending on the game's speed.
