Good luck on your clan endeavour man. I hope you get some solid guys that you can make a good tight-knit group with, so you guys can learn and feed off each other.

It'll take some real dedication if you really want to make a top clan, so just stick with it.

making a clan is like growing apples. It takes lots of time and effort and occationally you must throw out a bad one or two.
