Are the Government and Empire techs. up and running for campaigns? I don't see any pre-reqs for these techs in the online manual adn they don't appear on the tech list for the game I am in.

What's cool to do is pretend that you can get those techs and name your Empire after your favorite character on waronline : Mog. So in your case, it would be "The Empire of Mog". As it would naturally be for everyone here! I love it when things are easy to explain like this.

Is a PRE-REQ another way of saying "Req's dad"?????
