I have never come to this problem before now. When you have an army that gets a high level the attack rating will go to 99 but not anymore, and the defend rating will keep going normally. I have a level 98 scout that is 99/125 and is likely to get bigger still, why does not the attack be 124 as would be normal?

By game defaults the attack of troops is limited to 99 and the defense is unlimited...i think this is to balance things out somewhat...i might be wrong but maybe it is because if you do not limit attack you have 20 man armies killing off 500 man armies rather easily... and not losing much...however if defense is left to grow people would not be leveling up their armies for nothing.im most likely wrong and this is done for other reasons...
