im playing an autobattle and ive killed 17 troops and nothing is coming up on the rankins and it still says turn one and also lordants quit and i took his spot on turn 1 im guessing and nothing

This has happened to me a few times too, always when someone else had joined and quit and then i joined. The only thing i've been able to do about it is tell them to quit out of the autobattle and start to play another one because that one won't count at all.
