From the Technology page of a campaign game:
Construction - Advanced Construction techniques enables Commandeers to build all NEW buildings 25% faster.
Does anyone know if this technology also improves the take over ability of enemy buildings, or does it apply only to the construction of new buildings?

Nothing but what it says, by researching the tech, all your "new" construction will take 25% less bp from your comms to accomplish the job.

I have not seen where it helps you take over stuff faster. Only build things faster. :-{

Need help here! How do you build fences!! ????
Think Im a fairly good player, have succeeded in advance to where I had so much money I couldnt even spend it!!
There must be a certain TECH needed to be allowed to build Fences but I havent figured it out yet????

I hope no one gets confused because I'm answering your question about how to build fences that you asked in someone else's thread;
but anyway to build fences you must research PALISADES;
and to research PALISADES you must first research CASTLE PROTECTION.

I didnt mean to interfer, learning the ropes yet, thankyou for your answer, I knew there was a trick and that is one Tech I rarely grab so that explains it!
