Something seems wrong.
It takes longer and longer for my computer to access the forum topics and I get frequently messaged that the
"page cannot be displayed".
Is it possible that we are overloading the forum with too many links or something?
Why is access to forum topics so slow so often?
Do some posts take longer to load for some reason?

Wow
this is really getting to be a serious problem for me. I read or compose a post and then I select forum or possibly who's online and the next thing I know I get "page can't be displayed".
I hope we don't have a big crash coming and get set back again.

I've been noticing the same problem over the last 5-7 days it seems.
What I've experienced in addition to that mentioned above, a complete loss of connection to the site when refreshing the map; and then on the game window page, if you're moving from one menu item to another, I've lost connection; and at times been unable to move armies without closing down my connection, waiting for a few minutes and then accessing and logging in again in order to make my moves or navigate about the system.
Can't comment on the causes, but certainly been experiencing problems.

Yes it's crazy because I was just going to say that it comes and goes and seems okay now but then all of a sudden it starts getting "flukey" again.
I'm not in a game right now but I do recall having had similar problems in the past that are mentioned here with similar solutions (i.e. having to disconnect and wait and then reconnect and even reboot sometimes).

I even sometimes restore my settings to a previous date because I'm not always sure it's not my provider causing the problem. With these constant "window upgrades" that sometimes have problems and require patches I just restore to a previous date until they get it right.
At least that's what I think I'm doing.
I honestly have no idea of the causes either.

I don't know if this has any bearing on the problem (which i have also experienced) with the forums, but Req changed the site recently, as I understood it, he made a new memory space for the game that isn't also used by any other sites,as in the past. His re-appearance and tinkering suggest to me that it is somehow related by the time these things started happening. He expected it to speed up the server but it may also have caused these problems.
