What is the highest gold income you can get in a campaign (includes all campaigns)

Theoretically, it is upwards of 100,000 gold per turn in a game with 40 castles. Not too likely to happen. Just out of curiosity, why do you want to know this?

It says in the online manual that there is no limit set on how much gold you can get.. Does that answer the question?
