I'm having only 10% income of my only starting castle. This happens in slow 11. Please Requiem have a look at it if you are around, it'll really be annoying in a few..

Did you remove the id hex corner palisade and rebuild it at some point? That is usually the effect of that bug.

There is no way to get the income back by building on that hex Im afraid, you need req to fix it manually

Glad I read this thread. I had assumed that the maps were on a Cartesian coordinate system and almost demolished my id hex.

NEWBIES: when the map opens in a campaign the id hex is the palisade listed in the upper right hand corner. Never remove that building.

The ID hex is the lowest numbered hex in the castle area, some say it's the NW corner, some say it's the North hex.

Since the map begins at 0,0 I consider that to be the NW corner of the map.

Look at the little representation of the map on the game screen. It is not tilted like the actual map. On that map it is clear that 0,0 is the NW corner.

So don't ever destroy and then try to repair that hex. Apparently, even building something else there screws things up too, as this thread notes. It may be even worse to build something else there, usually the income goes down to about 70%, not 10%!

You better email Req immediately and pray he checks his email.
