| Posted : Monday, 30 May 2005 - 19:18 I have just attacked a mine with units that were in defence mode. The attack was made okay but the units are now in normal mode. Is it normal to be normal now? I don't recall the mode being changed like that before and I would really have preferred that they had stayed in defensive mode even though it isn't very logical to use units to attack and expect them to still be on defence; but why not? It still cost me the extra MPs.

| Posted : Monday, 30 May 2005 - 19:27 Exploiting?? I'm the one at a loss because I expected my units to still be on defence but now they are wide open for a massive counter attack (i.e. if he comes on line before I can get them back on defence).

I have to look to see exactly how much and right now all of my units are in normal mode. Maybe someone else knows the numbers.

| Posted : Wednesday, 1 June 2005 - 06:36 You need at least 50% BP strength to change modes though and to the best of my knowledge, making an attack while in defensive mode didn't used to cause the unit to come out of defensive mode as I mention above. I'm wondering if it is a bug or if an experimental change is being tried because I did say in suggestions once before that I thought 30% BPs was enough to enter defensive mode and 20% should be enough to change to normal again. I really wouldn't mind losing the mode when an attack is made with the unit if the mode could be regained at a much lesser cost than 50% BPs.
