What are you talking about combat, or armies?

i dont think there is a limit to the number of guys in a stack, but i know that if you go for 1000+ that stack cannot be defeated

BUT

if you do this you have a very high chance of being banned from WOL as stated in another thread by someone.

Titonator, why would someone be banned for that if you could build a stack that large? Seems to me Req would just write a limit into the programming.

Again Beserk,
this is an old unresolved issue.
There is a "bug" that causes 1000+ stacks of units to be invulnerable to damage;
So anyone who builds 1000+ stack armies is guilty of "bug exploiting" (i.e. I guess unless they didn't know).
"Bug exploiting" is not good and the game creator doesn't like it at all.

It might be old and unresolved, but new players need to know about this, so I for one am glad it came up. which brings to mind a suggestion, couldn't there be a permenent topic "you can't do this" or something to that effect for the new people.

Believe it or not, this 1000+ bug may be the "last of the mohicans" as far as "exploitable bugs". A few others have finally been fixed 6 months to a year ago.
There has been mention of a bug that causes extreme movement but if you can learn how it's done and how to control it, just tell Req and no one else because we wouldn't want that secret to get around.
So far it is just a rumor that it can be done, but a fairly reliable player did report it quite a while ago and then more recently it was reported again.

I must mock you because I have a rare disease named "Battledogsmockingitis" and I can't help myself. Please don't think worse of me, it isn't under my control, I would stop if I could, Mr.Nolimits!
