so are falcs supposed to be able to take over buildings? like thats one of their functions? why is it that i can try to take over a building with them and not swords or spears or scouts or something? how many should i use compared to comms? more details?

You are wrong.
Falchs arenīt comms.
You can take over unclaimed buildings with any melee troop, but you canīt repair them without comms.

To take over a castle, move a comm into a castle that has no enemy troops in or near it. Click on the comm and then on "Takeover Castle" button on the right side of the screen. To see how much of the castle is taken over, click on an unoccupied hex in the castle.

but global dominnation in a game is very tough as the turns are limited, it is tough to defeat all opponents...... and by the way can we build a caslte on an inactive players location of castle..... like there is just the hex of the castle and no walls and barracks....

the grey tiles ARE a castle, u can build walls and barracks withing those to make them look like castles, tho to build pallisades and stone walls around it, (with a commandeer) u'll hvae to take over the castle and also have researched the ability to build walls in your tech center.

i'm in a game where i've got 2 castles + 2 more under my control... the thing is... i can't take them for any reason, when i use my comms, they can't "take" the castles.
What's happening??? there's no one in the castle besides my troops

Izn,did the players who previously owned those castles go inactive before you got to them? Inactive players castles cannot be captured.

Not sure about regular campaigns...but that is not true in Ultra games. I was able to capture 3 castles from players who went inactive just last week.

Yeah in game 40 i took over an inactive players castle a couple of days ago.

Some times the game detects troops that you can't see. If the inactive players barracks are still up their could be some troops in their that are preventing a take over.

the castles had nothing on them... so the players would have gone inactive for quite some time. That's should have been why...
but i've just lost one of those castles to another player and he managed to "take" it.
I've reconquered it, but my comms haven't got still the capacity to "take" it... and i'm talking of an active player now

can it be a bug? or it's due i've killed troops inside the castle for less then 5 turns?

It could just be due to you moving the comms to the castle. They could be under 40% BP and thus unable to take the castle until next turn.
