I've been working on this Flash program and want some comments about it... It loads funny, so give it a little time to load, I have to put a pre-loader in so it loads prettier. Then click the Start button.

Tell me if it breaks when you play it.
Tell me how high a level you got to as well, please.

It's called Simoon because it's a take-off on the old handheld game Simon, a series of lights and sounds that had to be repeated to continue.

Hey Mog...pretty cool!

I was never good at Simon either
I only made it to level 6, but the game seemed to perform like it was supposed to.

It took about 2-2 1/2 minutes for it to load up for me on crappy dial-up.

It's pretty dang good but I don't feel like straining my brain past level four.
Same for me on the load time.
Next time I try it, I'll keep a pencil and paper handy.

I can only get up to about level 7 at best.

Well there are always tricks to improve. I assigned numbers to the craters, and said the numbers aloud as the heads appeared;
So it was easier to remember the numbers. Try it.
Anyway some of the sequences are much easier than others at higher levels also like 611111 I think at level 5 (i.e. I assigned the top row 123 and the bottom row 456).

I got to level 5 before I screwed up. I liked the noises the aliens made, that was cool.

It loaded up immediatelly on my cable connection.

Yeah, I gave up around level 5. I kept getting there and then messing up. My brain is ADD today.

I have a DSL connection and for some reason it runs too fast on my computer. About half the time, the things pop up too fast for me to see and cause an immediate loss. I am only able to get to level 2 because of this.

I also checked out the instructions by clicking on the ball to the left, but they just popped up for about a second and then went away.

Anybody else having this issue or is it just my computer?

Hwatta, when you click on instructions, you have to keep your mouse on the ball. once you take your mouse off the ball, the instructions go away.

Hwatta, I was worried about the speed problem. I could possibly put in a speed control but it would make it awful easy to cheat. I'll have to think about that.

mog i think i completed the game and found the surprise,

i got to level 10 plannet commander and then you cannot get any farther,

everytime you go to hit the last one, which i got correct, it puts you down a level.

did i win?

No, it goes higher than that, that may be a bug you found! I'll have to check it out...but man, that is gooooood playin'!

thanks mate, i used the numbers thing as suggested as above. i will try and get level 11 later again. i hope i havent found a bug, but i think i might have.

im pretty sure its a bug, i just got my excellent memory friend to try it (who got to level 17 or something like that on simon) and he said its got to be a bug

will you check up on that please, i want to find the bg surprise lol
