We're still playing the mighty 2003 clans war which will take a few more months to finish.

The next game should be between AAA and FSA for the right to challange BoS at the ultimate finals.

The next clan tournament will probably take place in 2006 within the next version of WOL, i.e. WoK.

WoK huh got a nice ring to it, well i will definetly be up for it and i think my clan will be to so in our first match we dont want AAA lol

we have to wait till 2006 for the next tournament? what is WoK may i ask? i figured there would be a break for 2 monthes after the final match and then start the new tournament since there are lots of new clans eager to play.

First of all, please let us stay on topic here. You can read about WoK and other developments, in other forums, where the new WOL versions are discussed. I will just quickly add that it has nothing to do with Chinese food in any shape or form.

Second, it's great to see that several young clans are eager to play but... the current clan championship is in its final stages. Two more matches to go. AND, it so happens that in the first stages of a tournament, the progress is faster as more clans play at the same time while now at the final phase, only one game can be held at a time, to determine which clan progresses to the next game. Thus, the going is slower now. The next game is between AAA and FSA, for the right to enter the Grand Final of the competition and play against BoS. May the best clan win. The younger clans are recommended to play clan games as a matter of routine and without relation to any official tournament.

Third, it is very possible that the next clan championship will start BEFORE we get to see the next version of WOL. Mrs.Req makes sure that Req has plenty of chores at home, so he can't dedicate too much time to develop WoK. We wish him 'survival' Even if the next clan tournament starts with WOL and then changes to WoK in the middle, a clan's championship could progress as all teams will still have the same chances and knowledge of the new game.

Last, let us move forward and witness this mighty struggle between FSA and AAA. This is bound to be a fantastic game. Good luck and keep us informed.

I would like to add that last clan elimination (or current as you might have it) was a little bit of a fiasco due to some clans joining and then not being able to yield a game.

Just a thought. The next one we may not want an elimination. We may have a round robin tourney! That way more games are played, everyone plays everyone for more variety, and there are generally not people waiting for others. We can make rules that Round 1 games need to start by X or there is a forfiet. AFter each orund the start of the next round is maybe 1 month after the last game of the prior round finishes. Just a thought. More games = more fun!

i like the idea, definetly more fun, some matches easy other not so.
