Uhm, go ahead and gloat. Go on. In fact, I have a challenge for you. You just give me one of each resource mine, and go away for... oh, let's say 84 Turns... and then let's see who gets to gloat. Yeah, give me 84 Turns of peace and just a single resource mine of each type, unlike the solo wood and partial quarry I've had to work with for the last 37 Turns (that's right no metal, gold, or gems), and I'll show you an update. Come on, I dare ya... 84 Turns of peace is all I need.

We we're kinda hoping Klavert would come with some reinforcements (his castle STILL isn't taken over? mwahaha! ) but I guess someone discovered the stealthily comms next to Cardfan's castle before the barracks could be completed.

Grumps, if you want your screenshot, take the screenshot. Don't expect us to line up in special formation and send troops from all the way across the map just so it can look cool.

Granted, my desire is entirely selfish, but yes, I would like to set things up in a certain way for a "cool" screenshot. Mostly, I want a nifty screenshot for my own archives, and perhaps to rub in the faces of my clan mates. So, if you wouldn't mind, I would like to wait until the Clowns can get representative stacks from all members, and I'd like to ask them (more politely) to form in groups around my castle so I can get my "cool" screenshot. Cooperationwould be greatly appreciated, as I think the WOL world would love to see it.

But first of all, the first message you sent to me was read as entirely a joke. It went something like this:

"I've an idea. Why not wait for the rest of the guys to get here, then we can take a Clown family screenshot?"

I didn't for an instant think you were serious, but more in line of playing around and trying to delay the inevitable like in one of your previous posts in this forum.


That said, your reply to me was quite terse AND I see that you made similar allegations in this forum, so I must defend myself on this issue.

Also, with respect to your screenshot, I don't like the idea at all. The thought of making a fake screenshot really does cheapen the many legit screenshots that are out there. AND you seem to not think about the fact that you're asking 4-5 other people to move things around and basically take time away from doing other things they'd rather do just so you can get a nice picture...

I oppose it and you'll die as quickly as possible (my only goal to begin with as well..)

Heck with implying. Here's the viewpoint of the grumpy one:

I defended against Vector from Turn 2, a significant thing, given how well Vector played. The rest of you defeated the remaining members of my clan during the next 40ish turns, a significant thing, given how early you took one of The Circus' castles. It was clear to me that you won the game, especially once Card and Tal showed up on my doorstep. It was at that moment that a strange toxin corrupted a brain cell and the thought came to me that I would love to get a screenshot of my nearly intact castle, filled with as many pop 5 "Mr. Smiths" as I could, surrounded by the CoC players from that game. For me, it was all in fun, and a 'happy' way to end a hard fought game, even though the end was dismal for my clan. Granted, my generally humorous approach to things can make it difficult to determine when I am serious, and I will state for the record that I could have stated my request in a fashion that would have made clear my request. For that, I am guilty of being lazy. Still, I did make the request, and sadly, screamed and ranted (and became profane) when it was not initially followed.

Then came the egos.

It was far more important for you to "win the game and get it over with" than to adjust your game playing to get some "fake screenshot." You were not alone in this thinking, at first. You were, however, alone in being inflexible in your thinking about granting my request. Sage and Tal both responded in favorable, although not complete 'I'll do whatever you ask,' fashion. They knew your clan won, and there was NO WAY that I would be able to defend against the CoC minions headed my way. They saw the fun behind what I wanted to do.

And speaking of implying, it saddens me that you seriously think I would put a screenshot up without the disclaimer that it was staged (or worded in like fashion)? That's an insult to me. So, no implications here, and the beef I have shall sit in the closet and get rancid. Card, consider your reputation tarnished, at least in the eyes of one WOL player. The game is over, the issue is over, life goes on.
